Scoping
We’ll have an informal meeting with you to understand your business as well as guide you through which options are best for you. We will then agree on a scope, discuss fees, and what’s included.
Deciding on the right type of finance
We want to make sensible suggestions, so we’ll discuss with you what your business goals are. We’ll carefully explain the benefits and risks of each option available to you as well as how to protect value for the shareholder.
Finding the right financier for you
We’ll then match and introduce you to active financiers, and make sure that you have a compelling back story.
Document Preparation
We can help with producing a solid business plan and funding proposal (Information Memorandum). If needed, we can further back these up with financial projections and an accurate business valuation.
Presenting your Pitch

Completion
